About Me

The Monday Pasta Club is a weekly recipe page dedicated to my love of Pasta.

All recipes are are developed, cooked and photographed by me, Ed. I’m originally from Bristol but have been living in Edinburgh for the past 2 years.
Food has been the number one passion in my life for as long as i can remember. This has led me into my job as a Pastry Chef and creating the Monday Pasta Club brand.
Some recipes will be classic, by-the-book Italian recipes, otherwise being more creative, inspired by dishes I’ve had or ideas that have come to me late one night in bed.
